I decided to do the challenge because I knew I had let things slip again - particularly with nutrition and bad habits that had crept in. At the time I was at a place where I had become so confused about diet and training that I was starting to lose the joy in it so I wanted to get some answers about how to find the right balance - the six week challenge gave me that and so much more!

I have always been a bit of an ‘all or nothing’ kind of mentality which means my relationship with food etc. hasn’t been great. Working with my coach in the six weeks taught me that food is fuel... Once you have the right knowledge, it’s so much less complicated. I’m no longer scared to nourish my body.
