6 shoulder to overhead

5 synchronized burpees to be completed before the same sex pair completes 1 round each. Then pairs will switch continue in this fashion until 12 rounds are completed as 3 rounds by each athlete. The non working athletes will be sharing a weighted plank 15/10kg if the plate is to every touch the ground a 5 syncro strict pull up penalty will apply for all 4 athletes.
