The best crossfit gym in Brisbane! They have top notch equipment, a tonne of space and excellent coaches who are friendly, knowledgeable and will push you to your limits.
Unbound Athletic host a few competitions each year which get excellent participation from this gym and others from all over SEQ.
I recommend this gym for anyone looking for somewhere to smash your goals.

Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and also embody what they preach. All staff and management are the type of people you want to surround yourself with to emulate good work-ethic and life principles. Programming works better than any other gym I've attended also. All you need to do is show up, give it a go and you'll see results!

This is a great gym to train at. There are so many options in terms of classes and types of training - you can personalise your approach to your health goals in so many ways. I have been thoroughly enjoying the later CrossFit classes in which the trainers have been so supportive and encouraging. The great thing about this gym is they meet you and support you where you are at. They give you what you need and support you at the level you are capable of as well as challenging you to move forward with your health and fitness. Highly recommended!

I came into the gym 10 months ago and was very unsure about myself and if I had made the right choice. Once meeting the trainers they were very friendly and made me feel like I had a place to go and improve myself with their help along the way. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

I’ve been training for the past 8 years, December last year a friend recommended unbound gym to me.
In the Beginning I wasn’t 100% sure as I’ve tried similar gyms to unbound in the past and they didn’t work for me.
Unbound is definitely like no other gym!
The coaches and the community I have found at this gym have not only dramatically improved my overall physical health but mental health.
I feel challenged everyday and greatly supported at this by the team at unbound and like I can achieve anything!
