Our training centre is well fitted out with cardio machines, industrial strength gym equipment and loads of weights for even the strongest lifters. This includes some great equipment that you will not find in a normal gym!

Package terms and conditions
- Packages are to only be purchased in advance of the intended sessions, not after.
- Package deals are provided at a cheaper rate but are limited to 30-minute sessions (you can combine parts of the package to increase session length ie; use two sessions from a 5 pack deal to have a 1-hour long session but must be discussed with your trainer prior to the session).
- Packages must be used as a minimum of 1 session per week
