Most gyms offer PT or EP — not both. We have a qualified exercise physiologist working onsite alongside our personal trainers. Your EP sessions and PT happen in the same facility, with the same team, under one NDIS claim.

No separate clinic, no extra travel, no disconnected treatment plans. Your EP and trainer collaborate on your programming — so everything works together.

Is your gym accessible?+
Yes. Our 850m² facility is designed with accessibility in mind — accessible entry, adapted equipment, and a supportive team ready to assist.
How is training funded through NDIS?+
Personal training and exercise physiology can be funded under your NDIS plan. We help you work out what's covered and handle all the billing and claiming on your behalf — you just show up and train.
Do you have an exercise physiologist onsite?+
Yes. We have a qualified, accredited exercise physiologist working onsite at Unbound Athletic. Your EP sessions and personal training happen in the same facility with the same team — fully integrated care.
Do I need gym experience?+
None at all. Our coaches specialise in adaptive exercise and will start from scratch. Every movement is coached, every session is tailored to your ability.
Are your coaches qualified?+
Yes. All coaches hold relevant fitness qualifications, Blue Card certification, and NDIS certification. They specialise in adaptive exercise techniques and disability fitness.
Can my support worker attend?+
Absolutely. Support workers are welcome to attend any session. We'll work with your support network to ensure you're comfortable and getting the most from your training.
What's the difference between EP and PT?+
Exercise physiology focuses on clinical assessment, chronic disease management, injury rehab, and evidence-based programming. Personal training focuses on coaching, technique, and accountability. At Unbound, both work together under one roof.
