Whether you’re a member at Unbound Athletic, or just want to drop in for a session in North Lakes — check out our class timetables and sessions. All classes are included in your membership; however, we also offer 5 and 10-session punch cards for visitors looking to stay on top of their fitness.

These punch cards are ideal for anyone on holiday in Brisbane who wants to get the most of out our fitness centre in a small timeframe. The cards need to be used within 3 months (10 sessions) or 2 months (5 sessions). Kids Club is also available.

Take your weightlifting to that next level, with weekly movement specific strength and skill work. Get tips from coaches while pushing your limits!

Refine your skillset and learn advanced exercises like handstand push-ups, ring muscle ups, Olympic weightlifting, and more.

With 150m2 upstairs isolation area and 200m2 functional area our open gym allows for flexibility, space & great access to equipment.
