How many days should I train?+
For most people, 3 sessions per week is the sweet spot. You'll see noticeable improvements in strength, endurance and overall fitness. Our coaches can help you find the right frequency for your goals.
What is the Strength & Fitness class?+
It's our signature class — a different workout every day combining lifting, cardio and bodyweight movements. Every workout scales to your level, and every session is fully coached.
Do you have joining fees?+
No. Zero joining fees, ever. Pick the membership that suits you and you're in. No hidden costs, no sign-up charges.
How do I get started?+
Get in touch via our contact page and we'll organise a 7-day trial. You'll get proper coached sessions to see if we're a fit — no pressure, no hard sell. Just turn up, train, and see what you think.
What is the Fitness class?+
Our group-friendly class that builds a strong fitness base. Perfect for prepping for events like HYROX, Tough Mudder, or marathons. Great for weight loss and cardiovascular fitness.
I'm a complete beginner — is that OK?+
Absolutely. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Our coaches will scale every movement to your level and build you up properly from day one.
