Tyler Hamilton excels in power lifting and building strength, combining advanced sports knowledge with extensive experience working with both adults and children. His targeted coaching and expertise empower athletes at every level to achieve peak performance.

Tyler @tylerjaehamilton has been a Crossfit Coach for 5 years. Coaching for 4 years at Crossfit 505 before serving in the Australian Defence Force as an Artillery Command Systems Operator. 
His passion for coaching extends the gym floor, with thousands of followers on instagram and youtube, he loves to inspire the current and future generation of Crossfit with tips and knowledge learnt from his 10 years of Crossfit experience.

While most of our coaches are involved across different services, some specialise more in 1-on-1 coaching or group settings. If you’re interested in both, we can guide you to the coach who can support you across your preferred format.
