Michael Earl - Owner Manager Head Coach
Fitness is not just a choice – it’s a way of life I have personally been involved in, and have grown up around sport my entire life, going on to compete in representative teams, and even having the privilege of training with and competing against some of today’s big names.
Deb Mawhinney - Coach
Hi, my name is Deb and I am excited to be part of the Unbound Athletic team. Fitness has not just been a career choice for me but has been my life. I grew up around sport and have continued to incorporate it into my day to day life.

I have joined the Unbound Athletic team as a sales and events co-ordinator and coach. I am extremely passionate about the health and fitness industry and what it has to offer. I had the privilege of being in the Australian Army for 6 years where I was a fitness leader for 3 years,

Rochelle Ridgers - Kids Club Staff
Hi, my name is Rochelle and I am here to look after your precious little ones while you train. I am a proud mother and wife and devoted to CrossFit. My brother, who is an avid CrossFitter, suggested I give it a go.

Cricket has been a major part of my life but due to injury I was unable to continue and found a new passion in helping others. Now I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been and continue to not only challenge but surprise myself every day.

The only thing holding you back is yourself don’t be afraid there is always someone else who has been through it before. Being involved now in the personal training industry is not new to me and continues to motivate and drive me day in and day out, watching people go from rock bottom back to leading a healthy active lifestyle is a feeling that not many people get to feel.

Life is all about challenges and rising to the occasion which at times cannot be done by yourself this is where I come in helping with goals and providing structure. I specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and muscle gain. Feeling like a challenge or even just want a change jump on board starting today take control of your life NO EXCUSES ONLY RESULTS!

Hi, my name is Deb and I am excited to be part of the Unbound Athletic team. Fitness has not just been a career choice for me but has been my life. I grew up around sport and have continued to incorporate it into my day to day life. For me it’s not about giving up everything you enjoy but just finding the right balance and what works for you.

I have now been a personal trainer for over 7 years and have helped countless clients as well as friends reach their goals. With experience in both the physical training as well as the nutritional side of things I believe I can help you.

The right balance of nutrition and training and the sky is your limit.

Not only do I look to help my clients achieve but also learn, equipping them with the necessary tools to take control and put them in a position where success is a part of the process.

Hollie Brooke

Hi my name is Hollie Brooke

I have joined the Unbound Athletic team as a sales and events co-ordinator and coach. I am extremely passionate about the health and fitness industry and what it has to offer. I was lucky enough to be accepted into a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology which i will be starting in March of 2021. I can’t wait to get to know you and hopefully help you achieve your goals.
