Tyler @tylerjaehamilton has been a Crossfit Coach for 5 years. Coaching for 4 years at Crossfit 505 before serving in the Australian Defence Force as an Artillery Command Systems Operator.
His passion for coaching extends the gym floor, with thousands of followers on instagram and youtube, he loves to inspire the current and future generation of Crossfit with tips and knowledge learnt from his 10 years of Crossfit experience.
Hi, My name is Renee
I’m excited to be joining the Unbound Athletic team and look forward to bringing forth my knowledge and experience within the health and fitness industry.
With many years of experience as a fitness specialist, being active and living a healthy lifestyle is something I am super passionate about! Helping clients to reach their fitness goals and create healthy lifestyle changes is the biggest motivator that keeps me hooked in this industry.
Michael
Fitness is not just a choice – it’s a way of life I have personally been involved in, and have grown up around sport my entire life, going on to compete in representative teams, and even having the privilege of training with and competing against some of today’s big names. Cricket has been a major part of my life but due to injury I was unable to continue and found a new passion in helping others. Now I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been and continue to not only challenge but surprise myself every day.
The only thing holding you back is yourself don’t be afraid there is always someone else who has been through it before. Being involved now in the personal training industry is not new to me and continues to motivate and drive me day in and day out, watching people go from rock bottom back to leading a healthy active lifestyle is a feeling that not many people get to feel.
Life is all about challenges and rising to the occasion which at times cannot be done by yourself this is where I come in helping with goals and providing structure. I specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and muscle gain.
