A different workout every day — lifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. Builds well-rounded fitness, strength, and endurance. Every session is fully coached and scales to your level.
HYROX Fitness
Builds endurance, cardiovascular health, and athletic performance. High-intensity workouts with functional movement patterns. Perfect for event prep or just getting fitter, faster.
Open Gym
850m² of space — 150m² upstairs isolation area and 200m² functional area. Train your own program with full equipment access. Available during open gym hours with any membership.
Aging with Grace
A coached strength programme for adults 58+. Bone density, fall prevention, and independence — in 50-minute sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am. Led by Kiera Garling.
