Barefoot balance every session. Hip aeroplanes, single-leg work and vestibular challenge that sharpen the reflexes preventing falls.

Barefoot Balance

Hip aeroplanes, 90/90 mobility and heel drops for bone loading. No shoes. Every session.

22min · Strength

Coached Lifting

Tuesday: lower body & hinge. Thursday: push, pull and hang for grip and shoulder health.

14min · Conditioning

Cardiac Work

Low-impact bike, rower and KB swings. The heart is a muscle — it's trained here too.

4min · Cool-Down

Breathwork

Guided breathing and light stretching. Parasympathetic reset. Every session ends here.

Wondering About

Do I need any gym experience?+
None at all. Kiera coaches every movement from scratch, every session. You start exactly where you are.
Why barefoot? Is that safe?+
Yes — deliberately so. Removing shoes activates the foot muscles and proprioceptors essential for fall prevention. Evidence-based, not a gimmick.
Will this be too hard for me?+
No. Phase 1 runs at RPE 4–5 — you'll feel like you've worked, not been wrecked. Every movement has a regression.
Where are you located?+
1/28 Flinders Pde, North Lakes. Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am, 50 minutes each.
What happens after the $14 offer?+
