Bone Density
Suitcase deadlifts, trap bar work and heel-drop protocols every session β direct stimulus that progressively reduces fracture risk.
Fall Prevention
Barefoot balance every session. Hip aeroplanes, single-leg work and vestibular challenge that sharpen the reflexes preventing falls.
Independence
Sit-to-stand, loaded carries and floor-to-stand practice. The movements that keep daily life completely possible at 60, 70 and beyond.

The same four-part structure each week so your body adapts predictably and you always know what's coming.
Barefoot Balance
Hip aeroplanes, 90/90 mobility and heel drops for bone loading. No shoes. Every session.
Coached Lifting
Tuesday: lower body & hinge. Thursday: push, pull and hang for grip and shoulder health.
Cardiac Work
Low-impact bike, rower and KB swings. The heart is a muscle β it's trained here too.
Breathwork
Guided breathing and light stretching. Parasympathetic reset. Every session ends here.
