Tyler Hamilton helps everyday athletes build serious strength without wasting years guessing.
He has 8 years total experience and holds his CrossFit Level 2, Certificate II in Strength Systems, and is certified in CPR & First Aid.
Before coaching full time, Tyler served in the Australian Defence Force as an Artillery Command Systems Operator, where precision, discipline, and performance under pressure weren’t optional.
He has spent 12 years in CrossFit and 6 years in competitive powerlifting, specialising in building strength that transfers to the platform and the gym floor.
Tyler doesn’t coach “motivation.”
