Tyler Hamilton

Tyler Hamilton excels in power lifting and building strength, combining advanced sports knowledge with extensive experience working with both adults and children. His targeted coaching and expertise empower athletes at every level to achieve peak performance.

Credentials

Tyler Hamilton helps everyday athletes build serious strength without wasting years guessing.

He has 8 years total experience and holds his CrossFit Level 2Certificate II in Strength Systems, and is certified in CPR & First Aid.

Before coaching full time, Tyler served in the Australian Defence Force as an Artillery Command Systems Operator, where precision, discipline, and performance under pressure weren’t optional.

He has spent 12 years in CrossFit and 6 years in competitive powerlifting, specialising in building strength that transfers to the platform and the gym floor.

Tyler doesn’t coach “motivation.”
He coaches measurable progress.

Isi is a passionate coach with a strong passion for gymnastics and functional movement. Isi has coached in 7 different gyms in 3 different countries over the past years of being a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. She specialises in helping new members build strength, mobility, and confidence in the gym. Isi’s approach focuses on developing proper technique, improving coordination, and building a solid base for long-term progress. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or looking to improve your overall movement quality, Isi provides a supportive environment that balances fun with skill development to help you achieve your goals.

While most of our coaches are involved across different services, some specialise more in 1-on-1 coaching or group settings. If you’re interested in both, we can guide you to the coach who can support you across your preferred format.
